Looking to replace my Denon 2112ci that died last week. I have a 5.1 system that probably won't be updated to 7.1 (or 5.1.2). Fronts are Kef IQ90's and Center is Kef IQ60. Surrounds are in-wall Monoprice speakers. HTD sub. Would like to keep budget to $500 or less, but don't want to pay for things I don't really need. However, I see that most of the better room correction software is only available on the 7-channel+ receivers. My room is not optimal, with a high cathedral ceiling and open area to the kitchen, so I think the correction is very important. Any thoughts on options in this price range for the best audio performance without paying for a lot of things I don't need? Thanks for the help! |
