Does @lukeamdman have the record here? I think he has run up to around 40 dB hot (just for fun of course). The OP may want to take a trip from Denmark to Minnesota to check it out. Having experienced it, it's pretty incredible!
Personally, I typically run at least 6 - 8 dB hot.
