Were there any announcements? Having a hard time finding options.
I don't think my new house 15' angled vaulted ceilings will work with any Atmos soundbar so I figure might as well keep using my receiver and just go passive.

I am not aware of any new announcements for passive speaker bars but many companies make them and they are not something that gets upgraded with speaker manufacturers as frequently as the powered ones which often come out with new models to include latest HDMI version.
I am not surprised. Most of the speaker companies that make passive sound bars typically use larger drivers for better sound. Adding Atmos speakers would make an even larger sound bar and might not have good enough sales volume to justify making it. Triad, James Loudspeaker or Leon would be my best guess for companies that would possibly make one, I am sure they will do a custom version if someone requests it and is willing to pay the custom fee.
