My BIL is going to run 2 Dayton 12" ultimax in sealed boxes (WAF and space considerations) and I'm trying to figure out which inuke  he should run them with.
The um 12" is rated a 600w rms and 1200w peak. The drivers will be wired in series for a 4ohm load. Is the inuke 3000 enough? It's rated at 880w
@4ohm
s through 2 channels.  Seems a bit weak for this application. The inuke 6000 is rated at 3000w
@4ohm
s per channel.  Since this is for home theater use I'm thinking he needs the inuke 6000 for peak power times.
TIA for any input.
