Looking for In Ear buds

These  RE400 or 1More @ 59.00 I use them for music and watching TV.
I have a bad time with  the Apple ear buds as they keep dropping out.
I have a couple of other that are hard plastic and they sound OK but keep falling out.
The above 2 have a different looking ear piece then the ones I have.
If you own either of these or both try listening to The Gael , The American Rogues on youtube
everything I have sound like a rattle can paint with the pipes and violin
The lows are fine and speech are fine. I am ready to invest in a better set.
